Massive Sites ("the tool") is an internal tool operated by our team for managing our own websites. This policy explains what Google user data the tool accesses and how it is handled.
The tool is used only by members of our team. It is not available to the public. The only Google account connected to it is our own team account.
When the account owner connects their Google account, the tool requests these permissions:
siteverification) — to obtain a DNS verification token for domains we own and confirm our ownership of them.webmasters) — to add our verified domains as Search Console properties and submit their sitemaps.openid, email) — to show which Google account is connected. This access is used only to verify, register and submit sitemaps for websites we own. The tool does not read, collect or analyse any other Google data, and does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars.
The OAuth refresh token is stored only in a configuration file on our own computer or server, readable only by our team. It is never sent to third parties. Search Console data is not stored by the tool.
We do not sell, share, rent or transfer Google user data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation the tool can no longer access the account.
